We quote the following times on all items 

Our approximate delivery times are as follows:

  • Free delivery to the Port Macquarie area, e-liquids and concentrates 1 to 2 business days, all other products 4 to 5 business days.
  • Free delivery to the rest of NSW 4 to 5 business days.
  • Free delivery to all other states 6 to 7 business days.
  • Overseas delivery will take various business days depending on your location. For a quote on your international orders, use this link and enter the following information:

or contact us with your full postal address, we will immediately reply with your discounted delivery cost. 

  • During festive seasons, delivery may take an extra 7 business days due to the overwhelming demand upon postal and courier services.
  • Back ordering: Concentrates are high in demand, if we are required to back order these or other products, you will be notified and they should take approximately 2 to 3 business days longer. Our free delivery service (Australia only) still applies to your order ofcourse.

Normally items arrive earlier than quoted, but just to allow for any postal delays out of our control, we prefer to be conservative.

Tracking and confirmation

You will be given a tracking number (sms and/or email) and will be able to track your item and receive notifications on the Aus Post app when it is on their system.

A Receipt Reference Number will be allocated to your purchase for identification and tracking purposes.

You will receive an order confirmation notification and your Receipt Reference Number from us after you have placed your order and made payment. You will also receive from PayPal a payment receipt and be afforded all the payers protections they offer. If you have any questions regarding your order you may contact our Customer Team here.

Please remember

1. Generally, your order will be left in a safe place at your delivery address if possible however, your delivery may require a signature, if so, and if you are not at the delivery location when it arrives, a card will be left advising you that your package has been taken to your local Australian Post Office for you to collect.

2. Delivery times quoted are only an estimate, weekends and public holidays are not included in these times.

3. Delivery excludes PO Boxes, Private & Locked Mailbags, Parcel Lockers and remote islands.

Please make sure your dog is restrained and the delivery people have safe access to your property.

The VapeOzzy return policy

When you receive your item, if it  has been damaged in any way and you intend to return it, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving it to organise the return procedure. After this time period, we will not accept your return.

We also will not accept a return if the product was misused in any way, or if you simply change your mind. Please choose your item carefully and contact us at anytime for enquiries. 

We are here to help, because we don't want to lose your custom, so please, always contact us if you have any problems.

Because of hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept a return of any e-liquids.


Consumer guarantees on products and services

Since 1 January 2011, the following consumer guarantees on products and services apply.

Products must be of acceptable quality, that is:

  • safe, lasting, with no faults
  • look acceptable
  • do all the things someone would normally expect them to do.

Acceptable quality takes into account what would normally be expected for the type of product and cost.

Products must also:

  • match descriptions made by the salesperson, on packaging and labels, and in promotions or advertising
  • match any demonstration model or sample you asked for
  • be fit for the purpose the business told you it would be fit for and for any purpose that you made known to the business before purchasing
  • come with full title and ownership
  • not carry any hidden debts or extra charges
  • come with undisturbed possession, so no one has a right to take the goods away or prevent you from using them
  • meet any extra promises made about performance, condition and quality, such as life time guarantees and money back offers
  • have spare parts and repair facilities available for a reasonable time after purchase unless you were told otherwise.

Miscellaneous Payment

Here you can make a miscellaneous payment that you have pre-arranged with us. These payments will attract a 3% administration fee.


1. Enter your email address, then your your phone number for your delivery sms, then click/touch the 'Add To Cart' button.

2. At the 'Order Summary' page, enter the whole dollar amount (roll up to nearest dollar) you are paying in the 'Quantity' box. The administration fee of 3% will be added automatically.

3. That's it! either click/touch 'Continue Shopping' or choose to pay with PayPal or Check Out with a credit or debit card (pay without a PayPal account).

Alternatively, you may contact us to make a manual remittance by bank transfer (no fee charged).
